阿布扎比马斯达尔将是世界上第一个零碳城市。这个用墙围合起来的6平方公里城区，以现有技术实现零碳零排放和可持续发展目标。

规划要点：
1、交通
无小汽车，替代以便捷的公交网络，公交站服务半径不超过200米。道路尺寸狭窄，营造适宜步行的友好气氛。
以快速交通系统保证个人化需求。
与阿布扎比重要基础设施、国际机场通过现有高速公路和新建轨道交通连接。
2、能源
以风能、太阳能农场、种植园等保证自给自足。
